Each Constellation is its own full experience, spanning 2-7 days and each is designed to be listened to again and again, healing more deeply each time.

Each Constellation is designed to be a full week experience, whether it is 2, 3, 4, 5, or 7 days of audios.
The depth of work transcends the schedule so listen to one at a time, fully finishing before starting the next.
Listen to no more than one weekly ie 6 Constellation Journeys = 6 weeks of experiences.
Do not rush the journey - aim to complete any single Constellation within 2 weeks from beginning.
You can - nothing will stop you - and they are powerful before RITUALS too.
You will likely absolutely love it and have great results and be like "wth this was amazing, why wait?!"
And it's because you will go even deeper, have even more understanding, and be able to access even more within if you wait until after RITUALS. They will be different, and you will be different after because of it.
Some do choose to start here and re-listen after RITUALS which is an option, but I still do recc RITUALS first.
I know it's easy to start with a shorter program - but the depth we are after is worth the wait.. and there is no way to shortcut RITUALS or to shortchange you of who you are on the journey to becoming.
