FAQ's
1:1 Immersives are 6 week healing and transformation intensives to meet directly with Shaia.
We'll meet once a week, for 6 continuous weeks of healing and transformation in 60-75 min phone sessions. Each week focuses on a different realm or dimension of self, as listed with each immersive.
Note that the transformation continues well past our 6 weeks together - it's recommended to wait at least 2 months between Immersives for this reason.
These healing and transformational sessions are deep, beautiful, and powerful - and for those actively claiming who they are and want to be. They are for those wanting support and activation to change themselves, and their life.
These are not beginner sessions - and it is advised to have at least a few years experience with healing and self-work before booking.
If you are new to self-development, personal transformation, spirituality, consciousness, soul healing, or energy work - start with the free sessions available on The Shaia Stellium. These will also give you an idea of what it feels like in session - though 1:1 is a whole new experience of what's possible.
The more you have worked through and faced before these sessions, the deeper we can go - so feel into the truth of your readiness and availability to change your life, and that of who you have been living as.
PS - don't be scared, the sessions are awesome and we'll laugh and cry and all the things - but you must be ready. If you feel excited and nauseous you probably are. If you have to ask, you're probably not. Xx
Shaia has given thousands of sessions over the past 17+ years and brings all of her knowledge, wisdom, and experience to each and every session.
These are active healing sessions where we go into what is happening across every dimension of self to see what needs to shift, change, balance, repair, heal, move, adjust, align, or break apart for you to move forward.
Some sessions you are listening, receiving, zoning out - while others are interactive, busy, exploring. They all begin the same - with hearing where you are - then tuning in with what's ready to change.
From there anything is possible.
Sessions sometimes feel like "omg finally!!" on what comes up.
Other times feel teary eyed "yep, I knew I needed to go there."
Or "I can't believe we went there, nobody has ever taken me there before."
Or something else entirely that you needed, right there, right then.
They all equal real and actual change.
This is not coaching - not therapy - not mindset work - not mentoring or theory work.
This is healing. You will feel the shifts - and experience real change.
Yes and no - these sessions are designed with a specific and intentional structure to lead you through a specific terrain for specific results. While the goals are the same - your journey will always be personal to you and no two immersives will follow the same exact path.
These are not sessions to focus on something in your daily life you want to fix - these are sessions that work on the YOU that runs it all, and does the fixing.
So while yes, all roads lead back to you - and there's a good chance what's happening in your life will come up and be worked on - these sessions are designed by me to take you on an immersive journey to find yourself.
After purchase, you'll schedule your sessions directly into Shaia's calendar. It's ideal to choose the same weekly schedule for the duration, and to book all 6 appointments at once.

It's ideal for the entire arc to take place within a 6 week time frame - so choose your start date with that in mind.
If emergencies arise, you may reschedule at least 48 hours before our session.

If you'd like to record, your phone is usually easiest. Check for it's recording capacity before we meet so that you know what to press and the steps to record.
Shaia does not record or save sessions for privacy and security reasons.
